To use Earnifi services (described on this website), additional eligibility requirements apply, including verifiable employment income, a U.S. bank account, and residence in an eligible state. Early Pay is not available in CA, CO, CT, DC, IN, KS, MD, MN, MO, NV, NY, SC, UT, and VT.

3. Account Registration

EarnifiApp.com does not require account registration to browse content. If you submit an application through our referral forms, your information is transmitted directly to D5Cash Inc. (Earnifi) for processing. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

5. Fees & Pricing

Earnifi app download: $0.99 (one-time). Free ACH delivery: 1–3 business days. Optional Instant Pay: $4.50 per pay cycle. No monthly subscription fees, no interest on advances, no late fees, no overdraft charges on the Visa SpendCard. 6. Repayment & Automatic Debit

By using the app earned wage access or rent splitting services, you authorize automatic debit from your linked bank account on your next scheduled payday (Early Pay) or within the agreed 15-day repayment window (Rent Splitting). Advances are non-recourse — Earnifi does not pursue collections beyond the automatic deduction.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use EarnifiApp.com for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; submit false or misleading information; reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any content without permission; interfere with the proper functioning of this website; or use automated tools to scrape or harvest content.
